As of 5:00am this morning we released some amazing new advancements in your Spindle product.
We believe your data should work for you, and today’s release is a major step in our journey from providing you with information about what is happening now to “PREDICTIVE” information on what will happen in the future. We even recommend actions based on these insights.
We are now applying machine learning to the millions of data points we collect everyday. The result is what we call "Artificial Intelligence with a Purpose". We are being thoughtful about how we build these systems. We are learning from how you manage your plant and make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.
Below is a short description of the 4 Major Updates. We encourage you to sign up for one of our upcoming training webinars describing the new features.
This release is for all SpindleLIVE customers. Located on the top navigation bar you will notice a new tab labeled Facility Health. Click on this tab and then select your plant from the dropdown. There is a lot happening on this page; we will be contacting you to schedule training on this exciting new development. We forsee this page becoming your HOME page and serving as the primary page you can manage your facility from.
Introducing new functionality for all SpindlePRO customers. Our customers asked for this and we built it. You will now be able to schedule your maintenance team to specific preventative maintenance tasks and track completion and efficiency in real time. This development aims at simplifying and improving the management and execution of preventative maintenance in your plant.
All Customers will notice the fresh new user interface designed to improve your experience while also more closely aligning with the Spindle Brand.
We redesigned our support site for a smoother and accelerated experience. Simply click on the Support tab to see the new support site.
