Why We Collect Your Information

The collection and storage of this information supports our ongoing business operations and our marketing activities. We use the personal information we collect at the individual level so that we can better serve you and at the aggregate level so that we can better understand which of our website pages, emails, and campaigns (“Marketing”) bring the most value to users.

For our ongoing business operations, we use this information to maintain account information and process transactions such as order receipt, sales order acknowledgement, and invoicing.

We also use the information collected for our Marketing purposes. When you visit pages on our website, fill out a form, or download case studies, you are showing legitimate interest in our offerings. Tracking activity of users helps us understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.). This enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.

We will also use this information to tailor the marketing collateral that we think you may be interested in. Collateral we send may include a blog on a topic we think would interest you or a video that may help you better understand a topic of interest to you.

For all contacts, we only store your information for as long as necessary for purposes required for processing. For instance, if you are a customer, we will retain necessary information to support our ongoing business operations.
